  • Soft Landing Saturday Mini Retreat - 27 June @ 3pm-5pm

    Treat yourself to some TLC on a Saturday afternoon after a busy week.  The mini retreat is about having some restful time to move your body, soothe your nervous system and have some spaciousness.  Gentle yoga will unwind physical aches and tiredness from the week (no previous experience needed).

    Then a mindful craft activity or mindful colouring (no artistic ability needed!) while listening to calming music or chatting to a like-minded person.  Finish with a yoga nidra relaxation to recharge for the rest of the weekend. And did I mention healthy, delicious treats?!

  • Trauma-informed Circle Facilitation Training - 27 Sept 2026 @ 11.30am

    Would you like to confidently facilitate groups? Do you see the need for a support group or want to encourage connection and community within your workshops? This training will give you the skills to manage group dynamics using a trauma-informed approach.

    For those wanting to run a talking circle or support group, this experiential training will teach you about:

    - The arc of a circle

    - Key components to create a safe container

    - Strategies around managing talking and sharing

    - How to use Listening Partnerships

    - Journaling and somatic practices to increase inclusion and comfort in the group setting

    - ‘Clean Language’ to support participants feeling heard.

    Please note this is not training in group therapy.

    Join Andy Taylor for a guided mindfulness meditation, followed by a short teaching on the practice of mindfulness and an opportunity for questions and discussion.

    Andy’s personal meditation practice began over forty years ago within the Buddhist tradition. Over time, this experience has informed his teaching of mindfulness in a modern, accessible, and secular form. For the past ten years, Andy has been delivering a ten‑week mindfulness course based on the approach originally developed by Jon Kabat‑Zinn, supporting people to cultivate awareness, resilience, and wellbeing in everyday life.

This non-sleep deep rest practice will help you feel energised, clear and ready for the rest of the day.

    Tessa Venuti Sanderson is an experienced yoga teacher of 20+ years and the longer she teaches the more she understands that listening to the body is key. She teaches in a trauma-informed way which is a balm for anxiety, giving different options so you can choose what's right for you. She is an experienced facilitating of listening circles and providing spaces where people can be themselves.
